Belgrade, Serbia / business consultant and commercial system partner / 10+ markets

I run the commercial side of the business, end to end.

Search, paid media, reputation and go-to-market are usually bought as four separate things from four separate vendors, and nobody owns the number they are supposed to move together. I take the revenue side of a company and rebuild it as one system: audited first, governed while it runs, and answerable to the P&L rather than to a dashboard.

Thirty minutes, no pitch. Every engagement opens with an audit, so the first conversation is diagnostic, not a sales call.

What I do

Not a channel. The whole commercial system.

Companies rarely call me about a channel. They call because something at the business level stopped working: growth flattened while spend kept rising, a category is being lost in search and nobody can say when it started, a seven-figure ad budget has no owner who can defend it, a launch into a new market has to land the first time, or a name that carries the company is being defined by whatever a search engine decides to show.

Those look like separate problems. They are usually one. The commercial side of the business was assembled channel by channel, each with its own vendor, its own definition of a conversion and its own report, so no single view exists of how a euro becomes revenue. Fix a channel inside that and you get a better-looking dashboard, not a better business.

Seven capabilities, one system. Each has its own page, because each is a different problem with a different first move.

The work runs through Funky Enterprises, the commercial system partner I co-founded - five senior operators, no employees, no juniors learning on your account. We own the strategy and the build, and we would rather share in what the system produces than bill you by the hour.

From paid dependency to compounding organic growth.

A DIY and garden retailer with a technically capable store, stagnant sales and heavy paid-channel dependency. We took direct ownership of organic search and advised the in-house team across the faster channels, rather than spreading them thin across everything at once.

Writing

Notes from under the dashboard.

  • LinkedIn, most days, in English
  • Enterprise SEO, attribution and marketing ops
  • Written from inside live engagements

Short posts on what the reports are hiding: decisions made on last-click data, share of voice measured as one equation instead of five, crawl sinkholes eating budget inside big catalogs, and what AI traffic is actually worth once you look at volumes rather than headlines. No newsletter, no funnel, no gated PDF.

About

Why the center.

Every partner in the firm got a position on the floor. I am the center, number five. I hold the paint: the measurement, the attribution, the governance under everything else. Nobody applauds the center - a rebound never makes the highlight reel.

But no offense runs without someone holding the back of it down, and no play works if the paint is open. It is the same instinct in the work: I would rather own the unglamorous layer everyone assumes is already handled, and be the person in the room who can say what a number means and then defend it when the answer is inconvenient.
